Karen has been meeting families' childcare needs long before joining our team in 2019. Creative and detail-oriented, she holds an Associate’s degree in Visual Communications with a focus on Ad Design. Since becoming a babysitter with us, Karen has worked with countless families, bringing a background in team building, administration, and management.

As our business grew, she was my first choice for promotion due to her phenomenal contributions to the company, clients, and sitters alike. Karen was later promoted to manager, taking on even more responsibilities. Highly motivated and solution-oriented, she consistently strives to make things run smoothly.
